Darlin
The stars that he promised her
Still looked the same
Only the time has changed
"Even the plants grow old too"
Remembered the old man
Feeling the wind passing through
The tree was still there
with their names carved upon
But the leaves have fallen too
There in the bed
With final couple of breathes more
She smiles with wrinkles as he pours,
"All these years with tears and glow
These hands that are so old now
Have kept eachother warm with its hold forever
And it won't leave now or never
With a sigh of breathe,
In the warmth of his shoulders,
With a heart so sore,
Asked,
"Darlin, will you still love me when there is no more.. ?"
